Arch Roll Exercise

0

The Arch Roll Exercise is a great way to massage your feet after a round of golf, lengthening the muscles and working the trigger points in the arches of your feet to make them feel better.

The Arch Roll Exercise forms part of the Golf Recovery & Regeneration series of innovative and dynamic exercises that will help to improve the health and quality of your muscle tissues and joints, helping you to perform better on and off the golf course.

Steps

  • You can perform this exercise while sat on an exercise ball (featured), sitting on a chair, or standing up.  Take your shoes off.
  • Put one foot on top of a golf ball on the floor and roll the ball through your arch.
  • Repeat for the desired amount of time.
  • Repeat with the other foot.

You should feel a deep massage in the arch of your foot.
