Step away, shake off any tension, and repeat for 10 minutes.
Slow at first, then more fluid. When you are ready, repeat without lifting your left foot completely, just lift your heel and then stamp. Gradually reduce the heel lift until you can create same feelings while keeping the whole your left foot on the ground.
